Hello C.,
I am in spring and my youngest just went off to
college. My oldest child is 24 and lives in Washington State. I have 3 children and I do
understand many issues of teenagers.
Thanks, K.
I am a 47 year old Mom and my children are in their teenage years. I haven't noticed too many older Mom's on this website. If there is anyone out there that can relate to teenagers and their issues, I would be interested in talking with you if there is.

I dont know how old you are talking about but I am 55 years old and a mom to 3 grown sons ages 32, 27 and 24. I live in the Spring area.
Hi C.,
My name is D.. I am currently working but trying to retire. I am 46 yrs. old. I have 3 children from a previous marriage of 20 yrs. Ages 24, 22, (2 boys)and a daughter 11yrs. I am remarried to a wonderful man who has no children but we are trying to get pregnant.
We are attent church and go to small group bible study weekly.
Welcome C.. Well I'm kinda in the middle. I'm 39 with 4 daughters ages 19, 14, 6 & 2. So I have them all ages. My oldest is in college and will be getting married in June. We are involved in our church and my younger three go to our churches private christian school with the youngest in our church daycare. I also work at our daycare. I too have noticed the majority on here being younger moms but with me having young ones as well I fit in there but then again I dont, lol. Have a Blessed Day!

C.,
I am 46 years old live in The Woodlands and work in Humble. We moved here from Chicago and I feel it's harder to find friends here then back home. What church do you go too?
Hi C., my name is P. Baldwin, I live in the Woodlands, I'll turn 50 next month. My son is 16 and my daughter will be 14 on Monday. We've been married for 26 years and my husband is NOT a believer, but every Sunday School class, bible study group, friends and myself are praying for him. I too am very involved in spiritual formation. I'm a children's leader for Community Bible Study and attend a Beth Moore study at my church on Tuesday mornings.
We have our own business but I will have to give up being a stay at home mom next (school) year to work in our business on a more full time/regular basis.
I usually write my occupation as VOLUNTEER. I run the school store at Knox Jr. High, do Hospitality at College Park HS, am team mom for my daughter's roller hockey team. Until this year and taking over being a children's leader, I worked at our Church's welcome center for the past 12 years.
We call my son Lump because he's not involved in anything. Doesn't really invite friends over, is a real homebody, but is socialable, well mannered, highly intelligent and just a sweet, sweet kid.
Our daughter is the exact opposite - wants to be around people or talking on the phone constantly, slightly disrespectful, doesn't always obey directions and certainly pushes the limits whenever possible. She's more involved with the youth group - goes on all the overnight retreats and attends weekly youth meetings.
I'm 47 and the mom to 2 great kids, 19 year old son and 17 year old daughter. My son is a freshman in college and my daughter is a junior in high school. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 21 years and we live in the Humble area. I completely understand the teen issues. Our children have always been very active in their chosen activities and since we have never had any real problems with them through these teen years, it has been a real joy watching them go through high school. We have only had a few "glitches" along the way!
