My daughter has eczema and I cannot find a sunscreen that does not irritate her skin. Does anyone know of a mild sunscreen that is good for extremely sensitive skin? Her allergist recommended paba free, but I tried one and it was no better than the others.
I use the NO-AD brand. It is perfume free. My kids have had no problem with it.
I've found the Arbonne products to be the most gentle on my daughter's skin. Both Taylor and her Daddy like their sunscreen.

I used Baby Blanket Suncare on my daughter when she was a baby and now use their Kids line on suncare products on her (I use it for myself, too) They are "dermatologist tested, non-stinging, waterproof, non-irritating, hypoallergenic and Paba-free and are UVA/UVB protection of SPF 45 and SPF 50 and they come in lotions, sprays, stick, towelettes and a lip block.

I understand your pain. I have a 19 year old son that has eczema. When he was young, I would put bath oil in his water, then I would put baby oil on him when he got out of the bath and put eucerin lotion over that. The lotion and baby oil together would keep his skin moist and the break out stopped. This is something that he still practice until this day.
