I also had significant diastasis recti after giving birth to my 3rd, a plump 9# 5 oz boy. These exercise really work and along with weight loss and time (baby is now 19 mos), I do not need (or want) a tummy tuck. I have no extra hanging skin and my abs are tight again--even at a ripe old age of 37(: There's a surgery for everything, but there's a lot exercise and diet can do without all the risk. Best wishes!
