Would like all feedback on Cambridge Academy in plano positive and negative.
Please send back any referrals of day care centers and/or preschools in plano, allen and frisco.
I have heard that it is very good, several of the kids that were at my daycare have transferred there and the parents really seem to like it. I have looked into as well for my youngest son but wasn't sure if it was right based on the location to our home

We were not happy with Cambridge. Our girls stayed sick constantly as did all the other children, and the teachers. I visited during a Valentine party, and the teachers let the children eat off of each other's plates (yes, even in front of a parent). They thought it was sooo cute, and they even took pictures of it. Often I'd come and get my girls, and they'd be walking around with other children's pacifiers in their mouths (my girls don't even use pacifiers). They also had a new teacher almost every month or so....very large turnover. We moved our girls, and one of their day teachers quit too and followed us to our current day care, Creme de la Creme. I have never been to Cambridge on Coit, but my 2.5 yr old (almost 3) has been at Cambridge on Park/Midway for about a year and has really flourished there. He loves going to school everyday and I have to drag him out in the afternoons.

One of my friends child was left at the elementary school on his first day. And this was after he insisted to the bus driver that he was to get on her bus for after school care. My friend only found out about the incodent because the elem school called her to ask what to do with the stranded child. When she asked the director about what had happened, her response was "Stuff happens". I have had some other parents tell me that they have had bad exp. there, but would not go into so much detail.
