My mom saw a news spot in early September about a place where you race remote control cars. It was touted as a place you could have birthday parties. She thinks they said it was on Chagrin Blvd.
Does anyone know anything about this place or where it is?

I just booked my son's birthday party there. We went to a party in June and my sons LOVED it! Each guest gets a driver's license and they built pine cars (they recommend the pine ones for the littler kids. Remote control cars are available for older kids). Then they raced the cars on a special track for non-motorized cars. Their pictures went up on the monitors around the track so everyone could see who won each race. It was pretty cool.

there is a place in beachwood mall called american hot rod racer. you can hace parties and race cars. not sure if that is the place you are looking for
I've heard about this place, but have not been there. You can google for the information about the company. Type: "pinewood derby in beachwood". Hope this is what you where looking for. :)

Business: Sells customizable remote-control and pinewood race cars that patrons can race in the store. Other automobile and racing-related toys and collectibles are also sold.
There is a place in Beachwood Mall which is on Cedar Road. It is on the upper level of the mall next to AmTrust Bank and a tuxedo place. They have a track where you can race remote control cars. They do hold birthday parties. As part of the birthday package, I think kids get to paint their own wooden cars and have races with those also. We have stopped in and my son has loved it.
It's in Beachwood Place...I forget the name, but it's on the upper level of the mall. When I've walked by, it looks like a blast. Too bad my "little boy" is 15!
