Hello,
Try OopsyDaisy.com They have really nice canvas growth charts. You can also personalize them.
Any recommedations for growth charts? What I am looking for is something I could write the date and age on and something that is useable for more then one child, preferable one that is around 6 ft so even at 20 I can still take their height for fun.

Hi K.,
Our son just turned 1 last week and we ordered the growth chart from Redenvelope.com. You can write on it as well as put pictures on it too. I've also seen cute growth charts at the Monograms store at our local mall.
Good luck!
I have one from Once Upon a Family: creatingtreasuredmemories.com
We have been charting on the back of a door on the frame in permenant marker
We actually have used a wood 2 x 4 for both of our kids for the last 12 years. Each one has a side of the 2 x 4. It cheap and sturdy....and you can paint it or decorate it any way you'd like!

We made one--screwed two yard sticks to a 2x4. It sounds tacky, but it was really cute after we painted it. We keep it stored in the closet but it's sturdy enough to last for years and we'll be able to take it with us easily if we move.
We got one from Lilian Vernon.
Have some listed on my website for sale www.kidsheaveninlisle.com these are VERY CUTE and brand new in the box. Go to the baby gear section and look under for the room.
These adorable growth charts are perfect for capturing all the memories of your children's wonder years. These colorful wooden wall plaques contain frames for displaying photos alongside the measuring gauge that moves up and down and helps make tracking your child's growth more fun. Sawtooth hook on back for easy hanging. Each sold separately. Each measures 54"L x 11 3/4"W
I actually found one on e-bay that someone made to match our room's decor. It is cute and was cheap. I was floored by the prices when I started looking around.
You can download growth charts from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website. Here's the URL:
