Looking for Great Pediatrician in Spring/Woodlands

Dr. Susan Oneil. Texas Children's Pediatrics. She is sooo awesome and everyone in the office and the other doctors are great too. Sterling Ridge shopping center - at Woodlands prkwy and kirkendahl behind Perry's steakhouse. She is experienced, she is thorough and she is patient, sweet and very down to earth. We have seen her for 13 years. She has opened every Texas Children's Pediatrics office in the Woodlands area. She is at the newest one. Hope this helps. S.

Texas Children's Pediatrics are the best. They have several locations through out Houston. They have weekend hours and I have never had a problem getting an appt. I have seen every doctor at the 1960 location and at the Cypresswood location. I have a 14 month old son and 3 1/2 year old daughter. My son is the frequent flier- he has allergies, ear infections, you name it he has had it. Dr. Moye at the 1960 location is our regular pediatrician. I always walk out feeling like a great Mom. Yexas Children's Pedi. is GREAT! We use the office off of Cypresswood but there is a clinic in the Woodlands I believe. They do have after hours clinic as well by appt. only. Hope that helps! We use Dr. Sheri Sandifer but I haven't seen a Dr. there at that location that I just don't like.

We see Dr. Murray Fershtman at Forest Pediatrics. He offices with Dr. Trecia Elhaee. He is off of 242 and I-45. They are both very wonderful caring doctors who are brilliant and patient with their patients and parents. They are open from 8-5pm M-F, with after care hours from 5-7pm I belive also M-F. They also have Saturday hours 9-12 or 2pm during the cold/flu season. I can't recommend them enough. I have 3 sons, and we've been seeing Dr. Fershtman since my oldest was 6 (now almost 14). We've been going to Dr. Kristie Chandler at Hometown Pediatrics in the Woodlands since 2004. She's great with kids and takes the time to talk to parents. The nurses that work with her are also terrific. There are three other pediatricians at this office so if your child is very ill and your pediatrician is booked, they will get you in with one of the others. With two kids, we've seen them all and they are all as good and nice as Chandler. If you have any questions or concerns, you can speak to one of the nurses and receive advice over the phone. They do answer messages left on the machine within the hour. After hours, one of the doctors is "on call" at all times. For after hours emergency, we've used Trinity Healthcare Network at 6225 FM 2920 in Spring. They're convenient but we found out that our insurance does not recognize them as an ER and would not pay the full amount. So be careful.

We use Texas Children's Pediatric Associates. They have multiple locations and the one on Cypresswood has evening and weekend hours which you can take advantage of even if your doctor is at a different location. Dr. Rose Lapis at Research forest it is a Texas CHi;drens office.

Good morning and welcome to the area! We have been using Texas Children's Pediatric on Research Forest in the Woodlands since our first child was born almost 8 yrs. ago. Before we had her they allowed us to come and visit the clinic and a short meet and greet with the doc. We use Rose Lapis, but all of the docs there are great, Dr. Flanagan and/or Dr. Irani, on occassion our doc may be on vacation or booked up, it's rare. We have always been able to get in for appt. if the girls are sick. One of the other things I love is that there are 3 location, two in the Woodlands and 1 in conroe, the clinics rotate and one is always open for sick kiddos on a Saturday till at least 12. Again, I've never had a problem getting seen. Good luck!

I am a mother of two, my son is 5 in march and my daughter is 2. I take them to a woman who has always been kind genuine and caring. Her name is Dr. Haggerty and is located off medical plaza I think....going north on 45 you exit research, u-turn and take a right on what I think is medical plaza (down the feeder) it is behind the drury hotel. her number is ###-###-####. hope this helps

We have to suggest our pediatrician ... Dr. Kapasi with Texas Children's on FM1960 @ Nanes (around corner from Houston NW Medical Center). My older girls were never sick and rarely saw a doctor. When my youngest was born, she has had times of being quite sick, especially with asthma-type breathing issues, and Dr. Kapasi has been very helpful and really was on top of things. We actually felt like he knew us and our child, and that we weren't just a germ coming through the office. And his nurses are all wonderful, even when I just call to ask a question. I don't know any good ones i only seen one so far i took my new born to Dr Laurel Mckillip woodlands Texas building 920 for 4 months and i would not recommended her to any one honestly i wouldn't take my dog to her the staff is awesome but she is short temper immature and always in a hurry she wont answer you questions and seems to get made that you even asked her instead of just "doing what your told " wasn't pleased at all my baby deserves better hope this helps

I dont know any good ones My daughter was seening doctor laurel or laurie mckillip she has websits and reveiws for both names and it has the same address as the other all info shows they are one and the same dont know why she has two names but any who I wouldnt recomend her to any one she was a good doctor up untill i asked her a question one day and she got very defencive and was assumeing she new my intent and boy was she way off when i told her thats not what i was thinking she stormed out and all she kept saying was good bye good day over and over she acted very immature and bratty realy it was like dealing with one of the many toddlers she clames to see even though i have never seen many people in her office she also tends to have a very better than you air about her hope this helps
