Looking for Feedback or Advice on Dr. Anne Coleman

I am having some medical concerns and have been to my share of doctors who just want to get patients in and out of their office as quickly as possible. These past experiences have lead me to try to find a doctor who will take the time to listen, examine, and go to the lengths necessary to help diagnose and treat my concerns. I am hopeful that Dr. Coleman is this doctor, but wanted some feedback first to see if she worth visiting.

What can I do next?

I have never been to her, but I have a friend who sees her and loves her. My friend has a lot of health problems right now and apparently Dr. Coleman spends a lot of time with her. Hope you find someone who can help you. I can relate to all that you are saying!

My best friend and I both see Dr. Coleman. She spent over an hour with me during my first appointment. I tried to get pregnant for 5 years and it wasn't until Dr. Coleman put me on good supplements and natural progesterone that I finally did last year. I haven't seen her for a year since you can't take most supplements when pregnant or breastfeeding, but I really like and trust her. My best friend has had significant health problems over the last 5+ years and Dr. C has been very instrumental in getting her well. She's extremely creative and tries to find the lowest risk way to treat you.

My one recommendation for you would be to have a very detailed list of questions and concerns for her, and also research some different ways to treat each sympton/issue. That way it gives you something to discuss with her. Otherwise, she tends to give you a treatment option and has you try that for a couple months until your next appointment. Sometimes it's nice to discuss all the options before you begin a specific treatment. That may not sound like a resounding endorsement for her, but it truly is. I completely trust her and she's the best out there that I am aware of. Sometimes you just have to take the slightly negative with it. She's awesome!

If you're talking about Dr Anne Coleman in Richardson.... I can highly recommend her.
I have been a patient of Dr Coleman for 6 years. I am VERY pleased with her and her knowledge of traditional and alternative medicine.
I hope you have great success on your journey to health.

I don't know Dr Coleman, but my husband's doctor is Dr Mona Chacko in Frisco. Based on his experience she meets your description, "try to find a doctor who will take the time to listen, examine, and go to the lengths necessary to help diagnose and treat my concerns".
