I'd start with cute old aprons, old milk bottles for flowers, brightly checked fabrics or cute floral calicos; bushel and other baskets to display foods in. Lettering could be script (handwritten)...

I think it's a bit hard to know what sort of look you are going for with 'vintage' because it could include more of a 'old time country' feel from the 30-40s. If you can find some old kitchen/cookery toys, that might be cute to have as objects of interest. Usually, though, with a farmer's market, the produce should speak for itself.

And use lots of red. It's a color that is often used in restaurants because it is an appetite stimulant. Dishtowels with red striping could also be used in a pinch--most stores will have these. Some resale/antique shops feature crafters who sell embroidered huckback dishtowels which are also cute and have very fun twists on themes, including skulls and Dios de los Muertos themes. Or you can buy oilcloth at a fabric store in great vintage patterns. Here's a great link for you in that regard:

We use these for our kitchen table and I LOVE them. Easy to wipe clean, easy to store.

you could take cans and print out vintage labels, like say jolly green giant or other brands that have been around a long time... and then re-apply the labels on the cans and put flowers in them.. that might look cute. .
Also, get one of those MINI red wheel barrows and load it up with fruit and veggies and or whatever you are selling.. a red wheel barrow always reminds me of a farm... even if I NEVER lived on one.. :)
Additionally, what are you trying to sell? if you tell us the product, perhaps we can come up with more ideas..

Call your business/stand "Heartland".

Sell vintage furniture, distressed shabby chic things, homemade jam etc.

Use beige tags w/a hole punch & string attached to items to make them
look old/vintage.

Buy vintage items @ thrift stores/garage sales & resell them but make
them affordable so they sell.

Make a banner yourself for your booth.

Decorate the booth w/a few pieces that are clearly labeled "not for sale" like a silver churn, old chairs, mason jars etc. Good luck!
