I am looking for a duplex or home to rent or lease to own in Lee's Summit, Mo. I need a 2 bedroom at least for me and my 2 year old daughter. A garage if possible. I live in Kansas City now but I am thinking about my daughter starting school and I would like for her to go to Lee's Summit.

J., I recommend you also look into Greenwood. It is just South of Lee's Summit and we are in the Lee's Summit school district. Homes tend to be cheaper than Lee's Summit and it is a great and safe small community. I aslo see signs all the time for rental properties, so just take a drive out and check it out. There are a lot of young families and kids. I hope this helps!
I live in Lee's Summit, MO. My son is 6 years old and will be in 1st grade next year. He goes to Prairie View Elementary. It is an excellent school they are working very well with him. I live in a townhouse. It does not have a garage but a reserved parking spot and has an unfinished basement. It is a two bedroom between $550-$580 a month. They take care of trash and lawn service. I'm on section 8 and they take care of water also. I do know that they take people without section 8 also. There is also a park walking distance. 291 Hwy is not that far about two minutes and it is very convienent on where you need to go. The deposit is $300.00.They are called Premier Real Estate ###-###-####. The address to the townhouse is 303 SE Claremont Apt A Lee's Summit, MO 64063. Clover Townhouses. Hope this helps.
