My family just moved to Royal Oak and I am looking for a pediatrician, pediatric dentist, regular dentist and possibly regular(family/internal med) doctor. Any recommendations of who is good or who to stay away from?
merrilwood pediatrics on woodward near 11 or 12 mile road is a great pediatrician office. heritage dentist in clawson(off of crooks) is really good with our kids(they are not pediatrics just regular dentist.) can't help you with the family doctor. good luck
We go to the Henry Ford Medical Center on Woodward south of 11 mile and LOVE it there. The whole family sees a doctor there. For dentist we go to Redwood Dental in Madison Heights on 13 Mile. Pediatric Dentist is in Warren and I cannot remember the name right now since we just started with them a couple months ago and have only been 2 times.
We moved to Detroit in August and were in the same situation. I heard from 3 or 4 moms that all used the same doctor, so I figured, if this name keeps popping up, I'll give her a try. She's board certified in internal meds and peds, so she can see the whole family, which I also liked. Her name is Barbara Falkell of Berkley Primary Care in Huntington Woods.
