Looking for Cheap Digital Camera That Takes Clear Baby Action Shots

I'm searching for a digital camera that's under $100 that takes clear action shots. I recently purchased a Kodac but every shot has been a blur so I'm going to return it and try again. I've been reading reviews on every camera and haven't found one yet. Any suggestions ?

What can I do next?

I have a Nikon Coolpix and love it, but it was a little bit more than $100. The camera I have has an action child mode to get those shots without the blur.

ETA: Some of the older models are less than $100.

We have a Kodak Easy Share. We bought it because we needed one for one of my husband's business trips & since it was small & was pretty cheap (I think around $90) it was perfect. I also have a large Canon, which I absolutely love, but it was expensive & it is big & heavier. The Kodak can fit in my pocket or purse and it seems that the pictures the Kodak takes are as good as my Canon. Ours has a "SCN" option and one of the options in the SCN is "Children" which says it is for action & children in bright light. It seems to make my camera take faster shots when it is on that option. Other than that, I don't have any advice. Sorry. I hope you find a fabulous camera!
