They had several events over the summer with a very nice, personable, and talented balloon maker. I'm sure they could pass on his info. You could probably contact Pat Zubak as listed on this page as the president of this organization, but I'm not sure.

We used The Amazing Josh at our company picnic this summer and he did a great job. He did face painting and balloon animals for the kids and then a really cute magic show that was appropriate for all ages - the kids especially liked him. His site is www.Chicagoballoonguy.com.
