when it was time for me to tell my hubby about baby #3 I bought a pair of cute little baby botty's and put them in a gift bag ad gave it to him as a present.
Just got a faint line on PG test this morning and I am so excited. Turns out my hubby and my 10 year anniversary is this Friday. I am trying to figure out an creative way to tell him about baby#3....should I tell him today or wait until our anniversary? Also, ideas to tell the grandparents are appreciated also. thanks!

I like the 1st idea about wrapping it. I did that with my 2nd pregnancy. My hubby was a little confused at first, but it was fun!
As far as the grandparents, put the 3 year old in a big sister t-shirt and see if they notice!
When I found out about #2... I have a shirt embroidered for my 2 year old son to wear that read "I'm Going to be a BIG Brother!"
It took my husband a few minutes to read it, I didn't say anything :-)
Congratulations and Good Luck!

Congratulations to you! Put the test in a small package and wrap it to give it to him as a present for your anniversary!
I'm sure you have already thought of that one but it sounds like a good idea to me since you already have something to celebrate and give a gift for....what better gift to receive?? : )
I would definitely wait until Friday to tell him, even though I know it's going to be hard to wait, it will be worth it.
If you go to dinner, you can also have the waiter/waitress serve it to him in some kind of way.....
I'm sure I'll think of some more and get back to you but anyhow congrats again!
We just had our number 3 and he's wonderful!! : )
You could take a picture with your two kids holding a sign that is announcing the good news. Then go to Walmart or any online place that can make personalized cards and use the picture as the cover of the card. If you can wait until Friday that would be a great surprise and if not... then you can give it to him early!
J.,
I'd tell your husband today. It shouldn't be that much of a surprise to him anyway.
something I did that was really cute was wrap up a pair of booties (maybe blue since you already have 2 girls?) or a pacifier, something that definetly says "BABY" and give it to him as a gift on your anniversary. You could also do the same for the grandparents. Or you could get your girls both shirts that say, "I'm the BIG sister." and let them wear them around the grandparents. something fun and clever, but different. Congratulations!

The tenth anniversary is Tin so I would incorporate that into the gift. Stop by a sports and outdoor store and get one of those "manly" tins with pictures of animals, fishing, hunting, etc and put his card and "gift" inside. Good luck!
