Hi everyone, I'm looking for suggestions on advanced level workout DVDs. I'm an avid runner and bike some, but looking to diversify my workouts with DVDs in the evenings when the kids are down. I want something that's intense cardiovascular type that will kick my tail! I've done some of the advanced Tae Bo, and liked them alot. Any suggesions for something along those lines would be great. Thanks.

PX-90!!! It advertises on TV all the time on those infomercials. My husband and I started researching it and decided to get it. We actually got it on ebay and I think paid less than half the TV price. It's a whole series of videos and it's crazy intense. I've done taebo and many of the really tough "cathe" videos and this is much tougher!! I loved it.
I love Turbo Jam! I do the abs workout and then one of the cardio workouts. It's about an hour and 30 minutes or so total. I add hand weights and I sweat my rear off! I run alot too and workout about 4 days a week at the gym... this is just a different routine and works my muscles in a different way ! Love it!
