Hi im new to this thing and was hoping out there somewhere is a mom (or two) looking for a little time with adult conversation and child play at the same time. I have a two and a half year old little boy who doesnt talk to much which makes him shy around other kids but really needs that interaction. As well i have a brand new one motnh old baby girl who is just amazing. Im really looking for someone(s) who perhaps has shy or accepting children that would love to just come hang out so the kids can play (no problem watchin the kids if you have a few errons you have to run) and adult conversation (not that i mind babbling on and on about what bob the builder just did lol) sorry i live SE on 157th off division but i dont mind an outting

I have a three kids, the oldest is a three and a half yr old boy and is also a late talker. The twins are boy/girl and one and a half yrs old. They are all somewhat shy but get along well with other kids (when they get the chance - which unfortunately isn't a lot for the twins). I am a 31yr old stay at home mom in the NE so am pretty open. I have also started a mom's night out group to get a break away from kids and some adult conversation if you (or anyone else) are interested. I am C. a SAHM of a 2 year old little boy and a 6 week old little girl. I am still getting use to two kids right now, but would love to try some outtings or playdates. My son is pretty shy as well. Since having his sister he has come out of his shell a little but he is still slow to warm up to new people. I signed up for mommasource ages ago but have just started getting into it.
