You might try online photo developers, like shutterfly or snapfish. I know that shutterfly has enlargement, but I can't remember how big they can go. I've always been pleased with their work.
I had some professional pictures made at a studio in Arlington. They were running a special where you could purchase a CD for 50.00 which I did... I want to enlarge our family picture for over my mantle.. The problem is that I would like to enlarge it with the sizes that professionals use.. I tried Wolf Camera and Costco.. but they do not enlarge to a 20 x 24 and if I do a different size I lose part of my picture...I tried both Clark and Kodak.. but they do not enlarge to 20 x 24 but 20 x 30
so they don't work...
Any ideas?

Back in the days of 35mm film, there was a place called Clarke that you mailed your negative or picture to and they could produce an absolutely amazing enlargement which I used to take to a local framing company for attaching to a sturdy foam back board. I'm sure that the quality was enhanced for the huge size they produced. It wasn't expensive either as I had several blow-ups made by them. I was told back then that Clarke had several developing mailing addresses accross the US, but that the enlargements always went to Washington DC even if you sent them to another Clarke address. I don't recall the actual measurements, but I'm talking poster size. Good luck with this!

MPIX can do any size.
You have to have a high-resolution file. Sometimes the pictures on CD are not the largest needed for a blow up.
Back in 35 mm days, I had also used clark. So I googled and found them at:
Though I have not used them in last 6 years and for my digital photos yet.
Let's know if you find the one you like.
I had my picture enlarged to a 20 x 24 for 23.00 I can through the mail but it was very well packed and you even have the option of having it framed.
