The only thing I can think of is maybe a personal shopper?
HI, I'm looking for a person that knows what color clothing goes best with different skin tones & hair colors. This person could be a professional or just someone with common knowledge on the subject. My moms group is tossing around the idea of having a meeting topic on "wearing the right colors" & "wearing clothes that fit properly" We are going to have a seamstress come in an offer to do measurements and we would also need someone that can tell us what color looks best on us to make this meeting work. Anyone know of anyone?
Added: Is there a "Color me Beautiful" expert somewhere in PGH? Perhaps a Stacy London (What Not to Wear) type person?

I feel like there may be groups of colors that go better with certain skin tones...but I think that each individual is different and while one person with olive tones may look amazing wearing green, another person with olive tones may not. I think a lot also has to do with how the person feels about the color they are wearing.
What about bringing lots of different color options and have a discussion about each individual person and what colors they like, and what other moms like on them?
BeautiControl used to analyze your colors before doing your facial and make-up. (This was 20+ years ago) I don’t know if they still do that or not or if there is a consultant in your area, but it would be a place to start. I’ve also heard that some Mary Kay consultants do this. Here is the link to BeautiControls website. beauticontrol.com
There is a lady at my church that used to do this and taught classes at the Denver Free University. She still does a few things for small groups such as different ways to accessorize four different outfits to come up with about 20 different outfits. Don’t know if there is anything like that in your area or not. Maybe check out some of the different community or Parks and Rec class schedules or even the “Y’. They just might have what you are looking for.
Hope that this gets you going in the right direction.
A book came out in the early '80's called "Color me Beautiful". You may still be able to find a copy at the library or a thrift store. Most of the time most colors work for everyone but the shades of those colors are what make the difference.
I loved Color Me Beautiful. I found a lot of my favorite colors were right there where they should be. I have cool skin and like cool colors but of both seasons. So I wear Navy, Charcoal, Black, Cool Brown's like Sable instead of Chocolate, and Dark Sage Green instead of Olive.
I found lots of information about it and used what I liked. I did not go out and buy a lot of new stuff and get rid of anything. I like what like.
I hope you ladies have a fun and wonderful evening when you find the consultant you are looking for.
