K.,
I guess I don’t understand and I don’t have a recommendation for you. If Autism is your fear, in 2011 CNN and the other major networks released that the British study that linked autism to childhood vaccines was an "elaborate fraud". Dr. Wakefield made an extraordinary claim with no extraordinary evidence for a financial gain. His claims resulted in many cases of vaccine preventable diseases to innocent children… this could have been prevented!.

If you are truly looking for a Dr. that is supportive of no vaccinations then I hope he also specializes in Smallpox, Diphtheria, Whooping Cough, Polio, Measles, Mumps and Rubella (Chickenpox will just be inconvenient for you).

Good luck!
E.

I agree with Ericka. I don't think it's a good idea not to have a child vaccinated. The pros undoubtedly outweigh the cons. And besides, every "study" that comes out eventually winds up with another "study" that debunks it. For example, it seems like every couple of months they come out with some "proof" that some new food or drink causes cancer. At this rate, just breathing will cause cancer. So take every study with a grain of salt.
If you want a referral to a great pediatrician in Ft. Worth, I highly recommend any of the peds at Ft Worth Pediatrics off Harris Pkwy.

We use Dr. Brandon Atkinson, D.O. for our girls. Our oldest has had some shots, the youngest none. We really like him. He isn't pushy either way about whether you decide on vaccinations or not.

If you do not have the answer to the question, please do not give unhelpful opinions. I would just like an answer. Thanks!
