Looking for a Pediatric Dentist

My son goes to Dr. Fong in St. Paul. She is with a group of pediatric dentists, so the whole practice is geared toward kids. My son is mildly autisitc and the staff there has been very understanding and patient with him, so I can only imagine that they would be great with all kids. The phone number is ###-###-####.

We've used Pediatric Dentistry in Woodbury. Dr. Rick Baylon is great and so is the staff. They are located at the corner of Valley Creek and Woodbury Dr. (Hwy 19).

We absolute LOVE Children's Dental Care Specialist on Snelling. In fact, my kids (6 yo son and 3 yo daughter) actually fight to see who gets to go in first. Luckily the hygenist has them both go in at the same time. All of the equipment from chairs to xray splints etc are child size. Dr Amy is awesome as is the entire Children's Dental Care Specialist staff!! The other cool thing is the kids are sitting side by side in the chairs so no "scary" office setting!!

Woodbury Family Dentists are WONDERFUL with children! I took my 3-year old there for his first dentist visit in December and they were amazing with him. We see Dr. Johnson and Leigh is the best dental hygenist!

We just had our first Dentist visit last week and went to Metropolitan Pediatric Dentists. I believe they have a couple of St. Paul locations and they were WONDERFUL!

We just went to Children's Dental Care Specialists (http://www.kidgrins.com/) on Snelling with our 23 month old daughter yesterday and were very pleased. The staff and Dr. Amey were very gentle with our daughter and explained and let her explore all the tools of their trade before they gently and on her terms cleaned her teeth and gave a flouride treatment. Our daughter left the office very proud and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

We see Dr. Baylon in Stillwater. He's part of a pediatric group there. We really have had a good experience with the entire staff.

Dr.Lipshultz Metropolitan Pediatric Dental in Eagan. They may have a St.Paul location too.

hi! my father is actually a pediatric dentist! he practices ~80 miles from the Twin Cities, but he is good friends with many other pediatric dentists in the area. In the east metro, he is friends with several of the pedodontists at Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates--you can check out their website... good luck!

We see Dr. Baylon as well, but at his Inver Grove Heights office. I am very pleased with the care - they are wonderful with small children. My only concern is that it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment.

It depends on the child- I took my kids to Metro Pediatric Dentists in Eagan. My 3 year old had a hard time. There are 4 chairs all in the same room - so if you have a child that transitions hard- it is a bit overwhelming. They also charge a lot.

I 2nd the Woodbury Dentist, he is great and has seen both my 3 year old and my almost 2 year old.
