Sounds weird, I know but try Craigslist, there's a category "event services" you can specify Mid-Cities, Dallas, Ft. Worth etc. Also, I'm not sure if there's something like this here, but in Chicago there is a service called "Rent-a-Rev". My brother & SIL got married at a country club and didn't have a pastor that could come so they went this route instead of a JOP because they wanted some religion incorporated in their ceremony.

Does it have to be Dallas proper? My pastor, John Durham, at First Baptist Irving is wonderful! He is young and charasmatic (sp?), but very spiritual. I've seen him officiate and he's really wonderful!
