Hello, I am looking for referrals for pediatricians that are not so medically minded. I would like a doc who looks at the care of children as a partnership between parents and doc. Someone open to ideas outside of the traditional medical response.

What can I do next?

I am pretty picky when it comes to doctors who see my kids, the clenliness of their business and their ways with the kids.
She is the best I have had so far.
Dr Schollenberger is one you and the kids both will love and her personality is superb.
I must say that if your post is looking for such a doctor, then she will fit in like she has known you for years.
I have called when my daughter had an earache, and she said bring her in and said 30-45 minutes would be fine.
She has done this 2 times and is the most caring lady for kids you will find.
If you were looking for a partnership, not knowing what you mean there, i cant help.
But for a great doctor, pich her.

I love my pediatrician and she is really open minded to whatever ideas you have. Her name is Nancy VanKeuls. She is a part of the Cleveland Clinic system. Her office is in Avon and her number is ###-###-####. Let me know if you've gotten other referrals. I'm always curious

I have a doctor in Twinsburg that I have taken all three of my kids to and I like her very much. I am not sure if she is open to alternative methods or not...but you should call the office and ask for a consultation or an office visit...or even a phone call. All I can say is that she is not one that is quick to prescribe medicine.

Hi,

My daughter (6 Month) and I go to Dr. Senders and Associates. When she has had a cold or stuff like that, they told me to suction her nose, rub her with some herb stuff. I also asked about that in the beginning, becaue I think that not every illness needs to be answered by medication and I am the person who thinks, that not all vaccinations are necessary. They give the adivce to take the shots, but you have the option not to.
