Hi!

So I have been insanely exhausted lately and my to make things worse my period (sorry for the TMI) is getting worse. (by worse I mean that the clots are HUGE and it doesn't really stop....ever....) This whole period thing has gone on for 8 years and NO one has given me a good answer for it. I really need it to stop. For one reason, because it's driving me nuts. THe other reason is that I would LOVE to have another baby. If anyone knows about a doctor that would really help and look into seeing what the heck it wrong, please let me know.

Thank-you so much!!

What can I do next?

Hi, I see you are in Santa Clara, it may be too far to drive to Santa Cruz, but I really like my OB/GYN. Her name is Dr. Martina Nicholson. She is located on Soquel, very close to Dominican Hospital. Her phone number is ###-###-####. I hope you find someone to help you soon.

I have Blue Shield HMO, and my OB/GYN is Narisse E. Kendrick, M.D. She owns a practice called Women's Care For Life (www.womensCareforlife.com). She is located close to Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose/Los Gatos (14651 S. Bascom Ave, Suite 110, Los Gatos 95032, phone: ###-###-####). I love love LOVE her! After the OB that delivered my first 2 babies retired, I found Dr. Kendrick, who delivered my 3rd. She came very highly recommended from a few friends, my retired OB, and several labor and delivery nurses at Good Sam that I know.
She does have a new office policy that requires you to show up for your appointment 10 minutes before your scheduled time (keep this in mind when you schedule) - this helps her run on time and be able to spend quality time with her patients without being rushed. That had been my only complaint about her in the past, but at my recent annual appointment, there was hardly any waiting, so the new system is working!
Good luck!

I too am located in Santa Clara and have HMO. I go to palo alto medical foundation. They have great doctors there. I see dr. Cary Hill, but like I said all of them are great. I have seen the others while delivering my children or trying to get an earlier appt when my dr. was booked. Good luck and praying for you.
