I am looking for a new agency home for my children. Does anyone have children that are in the business? If so are you happy with your agency, does your child go out on auditions often, and are you able to speak with your rep when you call?

Hi, D.! I've heard that LANE is the way to go. Don't know from experience but that was the advice I got when I was (briefly) interested. It didn't work out for me because we realized we didn't have time to drive our son around due to our own weird schedules. Not much info, I know, but hope this helps!

I am with the Jack Lippman Agency, J.L.A. with Kendall Park. He is a phenomenal children's commercial agent. Super sweet, professional, and his clients work a lot and go out a lot!
I think my boyfriends Agent, J.S. Represents has just started taking on kids as well. He always impresses me. He sends weekly newsletter updates about the business and who booked in the agency, whether its slow or not, etc. He has great communication skills, and is very open that this is a business and if you aren't holding up your end of the deal, i.e. not going to auditions, he doesn't have time for you. A straight shooter.

my friend is an agent and she told me the 2 best agencies in her opinion are Coast to Coast and Pan Fraser gtg or it might have been Pam Fraser at GTG
