Hi L.,
I hear that Inner Vision yoga is good (www.ivyaz.com). I go to At One Yoga, but it's further north. One of the teachers who used to be at At One, by the name of Jeff Martens, started Inner Vision and he is excellent. Good luck!

My sister recently read and saw a presentation by the author of "Eat, Pray, Love". Now she would like to try yoga. She is looking for a good instuctor with small sized classes that would be good for a beginner. She lives at Power/Baseline so is looking for something in the EAST valley if possible. Oh yes, my sis is 48.

Tell you sis she can try out a class or two at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts to find out what she likes. The school is on Apache Blvd. between McClintock and Rural. I think she can try the first class for free??? I know they have some that are only $10 too.
Hi L.,
Laura Graham is starting new yoga classes (class size under 10) on April 30th at the Center for True Harmony, near Country Club and Baseline. Laura specializes the class for each of the students is very calming and supportive in her approach to yoga. www.trueharmonywellness.com.

Hi L.,
She could try the Multigenerational Center on Power/Adobe (N. of University). My friend has been attending there for several years and also teaches. She loves it!
Warm Regards,
