Looking for a Good Yet Affordable Vet for Neutering Purposes.

I just started fostering a rescue dog for a specific rescue organization and need to get him neutered. The rescue org is willing to help with the costs but I wanted to find a good vet that has a "rescue fund"? My vet used to have one, but doesn't anymore and its going to cost about $225. If you know of a cheaper route, that would be super helpful! Thanks Moms!

Hi S.. We used TCAP, that S.B. mentions, for our dog's neuter. They are located at Westport Pkwy & I-35W. We also use them for vaccinations and nail clips. They're usually pretty busy, but it's what you expect when using a low-cost center. We have no complaints, though. Good luck!!

I live in Ft. Worth and I took our dogs to this place in Denton. The link is below and they are only $55-$65 because they don't have the overhead that vets do. Look them up, it was worth the drive.

There's a a low cost center in Lewisville on Main St., www.vettruck.com. I took my two dogs and cat here. They are very affordable.

I know several people who have been using TCAP to neuter/spade animals. It sounds like they take great care of animals and the costs are reasonable. My friend has an 90lb. dog and the surgery only cost her $80. Here is a link to their site, They have locations in Denton, Burleson and FW. http://www.texasforthem.org/Default.aspx?action=home
