We just sold our house in Eagle Creek in SW Lee's Summit. We had it on the market FSBO for 6 months and then signed on with Trish Bosilevac with RE/Max Stateline and she got it sold in 3 more months. I know it sounds like a long time but she was wonderful and worked so hard for us.
