My husband does major & minor renovations in older homes...he LOVES updating these homes and has great references. I've had poor luck myself...whatever you do, DON'T use Lamark. They were reasonably priced but did very poor quality.... I would have done better to have done the work myself. After less than 1 year, I am going to have to redo some of what they did.

Interveiw anyone who is recommended to you, ask for references, if possible, go see their work. If I had to do it over again, I would have spent more to get the quality work done.
