Looking for a Convertible Car Seat

Babies r us has some coupons available right now for discounts off car seats. It is not safe to ever buy or take a hand me down of a used car seat. You don't know if that person was even in an accident with the seat, you can get a car seat for under 100 dollars with the coupons.
I am sorry I normally don't say anything but I have strong feelings about selling/buying a used carseat.
I agree that with trying to save a few dollars but please don't do it with your childs safety in mind. If you want to get an opinion about purchasing a used carseat contact the people who install the carseats (fire depts, police depts) they will explain why not to do that.

I would look on craigslist.org for a used car seat.

we bought 2 used britax carseats and they are great.

I would rather buy a used britax..(the cadillac of carseats) than a new cheaply made carseat.

britax is really the best seat..

the straps dont twist and the seat is very strong and sturdy.

I love my Recaro..... I like it better than a Britax but I think they are probably equal :)

Britax are the best. My children have recently converted to booster seats so I do have two Britax Wizard carseats to sell. They are convertible and work rear facing 5lbs - 33lbs. and front facing up to 65lbs.

If you're interested in them just let me know. I was going to sell them in a mom 2 mom sale in a few weeks.
