Hi K.,
We have the series before this and my children and husband have taken some beautiful images with it. Good luck and Happy Valentines Day.

This is probably a stupid question but are you looking for a digital or film camera? The reason I ask is because I have both and I like my digital but am partial to my film camera.

Try the Sony DSC-P92. Its digital and works pretty good. Costs about your price range

I've had good luck with the Cannon PowerShot. It's easy to use and around your price range. I would suggest getting a 6X optical zoom, the 3X and 4X just don't cut it when you're zooming in for a close-up.
