My favorite two workouts to do at home are The Tracy Anderson Method (my favorite) and the Total Body Sculpt With Gilad on FitTV which I DVR.
Tracy Anderson is the personal trainer to Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna and has great high-energy routines that work muscles to tone and strengthen them, but without bulk. The Total Body Sculpt With Gilad is another great 30 minute session with Gilad (who I also find likable) and it's less strenuous, but great on days I don't have a lot of time. It's on FitTV for free, or you can purchase his DVDs.
