Hi moms,So here’s a little back story first! my husband and I are in the process of moving out of state, but for personal reasons we aren’t able to move until June. Anyways, we had to find a new place for the next six months and I stumbled upon what I thought was a great three bedroom condo - Until I realized there are 12 smart readers for the entire complex located right right outside the master bedroom. we have a 8 month old baby girl and I worry about her health being around that much radiation. Has anyone delt with a simaller issue. Am I just being paraniod? Or is this something I should be taking seriously? 🤷🏼‍♀️😬

What can I do next?

Don't let the fear mongers get to you...!!!

Are they safe ..? Are they dangerous..? Who knows so much fake news and fear mongering going on to really know. I just remember in the 1980's we were told to avoid the sun so we wouldn't get skin cancer ... now they are saying that sunscreen causes cancer. When I was a child I remember hearing about what a wonderful creation asbestos was -- now it causes cancer.

Use the best judgment you can and just go with it. Stop worrying so much.

In your place for 6 months I wouldn't worry about it.
Your baby will have a room of her own?
And with 3 bedrooms you could use the remaining room and leave the master bedroom for storage or other purpose.
If you know you will be moving, just store boxed stuff up in the master bedroom so you'll be ready.
Only unpack the things you need for day to day life - it will be quick to repack it come moving time.

I had no idea what these were, so i looked them up. Huff Post had a really good article dispelling the myths and giving real scientific facts about them.
Google "Smart Meters, Dumb Science".

That said, I do believe that some people are more sensitive to things others aren't. There's a great documentary about a piece of land in Virginia (I think) that is cell-free for purposes of astronomy research there, but people have moved there after suffering side effects they believe are caused by cell phone usage.

I don't really think you have anything to worry about.
