Tonja Wells is a certified herbalist & natural health practicioner in North Richland Hills, Texas. If I had what you had, she'd be the one I'd ask to help me find the best liver cleanse. She knows what should be in a product and what shouldn't be. She has years of experience and observations to back up what she'd recommend. Also, she might be able to tell you how you got to where you are and how to avoid getting there again. She charges $45 dollars for 1-hour consult, plus a 30 min. follow-up a few weeks later. $189 for complete blood-work, analysis, consult, & follow-up. http://www.yourherbalhealthsolutions.com/

F.,
Shaklee makes a product called Liver DTX. I recommend Shaklee because of the science behind their products. They have more published peer-reviewed research than all other supplement companies combined. They are committed to safety and efficacy. You can check it out at http://www.shaklee.net/healthforlife.
If you choose to use another product please make sure it is safe. Otherwise the problem may get worse.
Good luck and God bless.

Have you tried milk thistle? It is an over the counter herb that can be found just about anywhere. My doctor recommended it for me when I had elevated liver enzymes. It worked very well.

Nature's Sunshine has a liver cleanse product although I've never used it. They are a good, reputable company though and I've always been satisfied with their products.

there is an herb called milk thistle that has an active ingredient called silymarin that many nutrition experts feel can help cleanse the liver. I have recommended this to people before and they notice a difference. I never had anyone check their enzyme levels though. The fatty liver can be reduced by eating a vegetarian/vegan diet for the next month or so. The cleaner the food is that you eat (meaning less processed/added salt/preservatives) the better the results will be. It is a hard switch, but worth it since your health is what hangs in the balance. GOOD LUCK!

With what you have, I don't know how effective it will be, but I've heard that likewarm tapwater with a squeeze of lemon is great for the liver.
