Anyone subscribe to Little Passports? Is it worth the money? We are on a tight budget, but I am homeschooling and was thinking a Little Passports subscription might be a fun way to teach geography/culture, etc.

If you do subscribe, what age group do you think it best serves?

What can I do next?

We purchased the three month package on the Mamapedia Deal so I don't know what the true cost is for a full subscription. It was fun and the materials were good quality. My son is six (almost seven) and he got very excited about it and believed Sophie and Sam (the characters) really sent him things. They send a letter, map, stickers for the suitcase (sent as the first package to store everything else they send later), pretend passport book, stickers for the passport book, stickers for countries for the suitcase, and an "artifact" from the country. They sent an amethyst from a mine last month in South America and he loved it. I would say it's suited well for ages 6-8. It think it's a fun way to integrate some culture and geography.

my daughter loves it, it's multi dimensional with the passport stickers, map and letters. There is not enough info to consider it a lesson on the country but would provide a very interesting intro to further homeschool study on culture, geography, industry, food etc

Have you checked here-- http://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.org/
I know someone who used it for her now 8 yr old and they love it. She purchased it thru the Homeschool Buyers Co-op and it was less expensive, like with the Mamapedia Deal. I don't have personal, first hand experience, though.
