I am looking for a place to take my 18 month old daughter on Fridays for Dance, music or gymnastics in the Rockwall area. Does anyone have any suggestions. A friend recommended Gymboree, but they are in Plano, which is too far. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
We go to Little Gym and it's in Rowlett. We have lots of people in our class that are from Rockwall. It is located on 66 just past the Albertson's on Dalrock.
I have taken my son, who is now 2 to the Little Gym in Rowlett since he was 14 months old. The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful. Every time we get in the car and go in the direction of the gym, my son will start saying gymnastics over and over. I have to explain on a daily basis that it is not gymnastics day. You can do a no-commitment trial class before signing up. Hope this helps.
Have you looked into the classes offered through the City of Garland? As a member of another city i believe you pay a slightly higher price, but it's really minimal and the classes are a lot of fun. http://play.garlandparks.com/play/Start/Start.asp?Languag...#

Check out Jump and Jive in Rockwall. They are fantastic and have some summer stuff going on, including dance! They are located on Horizon across from the Lighthouse daycare and behind the florist shop. They also have a web page, I believe it's JumpandJive.net. I'm just not sure about the age - it may be for a little bit older kiddos!

The Little Gym is great for this age. Both of my kids loved taking their classes. They are located on HWY 66 in Rowlett, (close to Dalrock). Hope this helps.
