I would not give my child (and I do have an 8yo ADD dd) megadoses of B vitamins without a physician's knowledge, if not their approval.
If you look at the label, they range from 3-10 times the daily recommended values.
My 8 yr old daughter is suspected ADD, although I never had her tested. Her teachers have commented on her inability to stay focussed and that it's more than just your typical lack of attention for her age group (along with other symptoms she displays at home). A friend has recommended that I give her Liquid Health Attention. She uses it for her daughter and has had good results. I was wondering if anybody knows about this supplement or has used it and what your opinions are about it. Thanks!

I would ask her doctor. Seriously, nonregulated things can be so much more dangerous.
Nope - that's an unregulated product that makes unsupported claims. I have no clue if it works or would even help, but if scientific research showed that mega doses of B vitamin could help with ADD, every single doctor in the world would be prescribing them. It wouldn't just be an infomercial type product.
I have never heard of this. I have tried everything. From Adhd drugs. I have used native remdies. Help me a little bit. My son is really bad with attention. Adhd drugs didn't even help wtih the attention. But did help with impulvse behaviors. I had found L- theanine 200 mg help. Doctor approved. Our doctor said it a wonderful over the counter thing. It is green tea. Help with aneixty also. it save. some people say it like a valum. But its not. He help calm. and it didn't change him at all. like all other drugs. It's not 100 % but it brought him to the table to do work. Prior to that he would be on the floor at school. not paying attention. I would get paper work form school he didn't even write his name down. It works... anything you try you must ok with your doctor. over the counter things can be dangerous. It can cause a probelm with reg medications. all doctors we spoke to said this is a wonderful things.
I am one that does use it for my son. We like it. It does help him. He notices the difference, his teachers notice and so do we. I also use good quality fish oil for him. And, homeopathy. A specific remedy for him chosen by our homeopath. I have tried many different natural supplements for him and these 3 work the best.
