I've heard this is good, they sell it from Walmart to Ulta, it's by Sally Hansen -

Has anyone used a leg cover make up that is any good? My legs are vein-y from having kids, and I would like to wear shorts this summer as well as workout in them. Most body make up I have tried is messy and gets all over my clothes, let alone sweat in it in the hot weather! If anyone has had any luck with a product, let me know. Tx!

I make my own by using zinc oxide cream (like 40% zinc oxide Desitin), then I mix it with a VERY dark foundation. When you mix the zinc with the foundation it comes out just right (assuming you are caucasian)...you can make it darker by just adding more of the dark foundation. Let it sink in a little so it doesn't get on your clothes.
I wear leggings and an over sized T shirt for workouts...
And I agree with luv my kids...capris are a great option for other activities
My mom always uses sunless tanning lotion on her legs. It helps with them being not so noticeable.
I haven't heard of that! Intriguing. Can't imagine anything that wouldn't sweat or rub off. Any way you could try a bronzer (tanning) lotion or spray to see if that might help? (Right there with ya, I'm dreading the switch to shorts. Capris are good for now, lol.)
I would try some Jergens self tanner.
And I bet you are way more conscious of it than anyone else.

Check into having the varicose veins removed or fixed. Your insurance might cover the procedure.
Sally Hansen, Neutrogena and L'Oreal make some great "fake tan" products that help hide bruises and varicose veins...it's NOT make up - it's a spray on tan...it's temporary. I use them at the beginning of summer so I don't scare everyone with my white legs!!! :)
Go to your local grocery store, Target or Wal-Mart - look for Sally Hansen, etc.

See which one works best for you. I have found that if I let it dry completely before I get dressed, i don't have a problem. Also - ask your husband to do the back of your legs!
Have fun!
Have you tried Dermablend? I use it to cover a scar on my face and know they also make it for legs. It's very thick but blendable and is designed to stay put on scars. I haven't used their leg version but you might check out the reviews online.
