I had the same problem during my 4th pregnancy D.. Try not to worry. And it's actually not too late to do some kegels and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles (be sure to do them after delivery too). Try stopping the flow of urine when using the bathroom a few times. That should tell you a little about the strength of your bladder muscles. BUT be sure you empty your bladder completely. I remember quite vividly getting up first thing in the morning and going to the bathroom. I would run to let the dogs out, and go back to the bathroom again! If I gently lifted my pregnant belly, I could go even more, LOL. The joys of late pregnancy! Good luck to you for a smooth delivery!
