It is normal. You are just getting ready to have a baby. You don't need to worry about keeping something going.

Perfectly normal!! Your body is just gearing up for the arrival of your baby. Don't worry about "doing anything"...you might get some nursing pads to wear in your bra and it would also be a good idea to go to a maternity clothing store and get fitted for a couple of good nursing bras. Don't spend a LOT of money on them right now because believe me you will need a bigger cup size when baby arrives and the REAL milk supply comes in!!!
Good supportive bras are very important while you are nursing.

lol, certainly not the most embarrassing thing to come :) anyway, its normal. get some nursing pads, i really liked the soft cotton contoured ones that you wash so much more than the disposable ones, less convenient but so much more comfortable. and just a tip, shirts with a pattern on it helps to hide leaks, but if you still find yourself in a situation where you really wish you could stop it, sometimes just pressing the heel of your hand into your nipple for a minute will stop it from leaking. and good for you for breastfeeding your baby when he/she comes! good luck :)

This is very normal. Just get some breast pads. Otherwise, you don't need to do anything to prepare for breastfeeding. If your hospital has a nursing class, you might sign up for that--I found it quite helpful. Hope this helps--good luck!

This does happen to some women and you have nothing to worry about. Just think of it as your body practicing for the real thing. It is just like having Braxton Hix (sp?). These mini-contractions are just practice. Congrats and good luck to you.

I leaked with both my pregnancies. Its very normal, and is also a good sign! It means that you should have NO problems with your milk supply. I used the disposable pads but it's up to you on which kind is more convenient. And no you do not need to do anything to keep the flow. Just let your body do it's own thing.

Totally normal. Not everyone does, but I did! Nothing to worry about, your body is just getting ready. You don't need to do anything, except maybe get some nursing pads! :) i like the medela ones...

very normal, I am 30 weeks and I have been leaking for 2 months. Your milk will still be there when baby comes so no worries there. Its actually a good sign that you have milk! :) I also feel the "let down" many times a day.

I think it's pretty normal. You can pick up nursing pads in the baby section of Target or wherever (usually the same isle with bottles). They stick in your bra like a panty liner and will help you avoid embarrassing leaks during the day.

You don't need to do anything about it. It's just your body getting ready for baby. Your milk will come in when baby is born.

I would agree, get some nursing pads, but I leaked only a couple times and it wasn't a lot so I didn't need those nursing pads until after the baby was born, but you might as well have some on hand!
