We are new to the area and I Need to get an attorney to help with ongoing custody issues and file paperwork in our new county.

I also work for Montgomery county like Genya. I personally am faced with this issue as well. I did consult with Colleen Consolo, she is an excellent attorney that will fight for you, however if your on a tight budget she may not be the one for you she is located in Norristown. I did have Bill Baldwin as my attorney however he only represents clients through domestic violence program called Laurel House and unfortunately they did not get grant money this year so I was faced with going to Legal Aid now. Which if you are on a limited income I strongly recommend going to them. Their phone numer is ###-###-####. They can help with custody but not child support.

I actually used to work at the Montgomery County Court House for 7 1/2 yrs. I worked in family court and scheduled the custody conferences. I came in contact with a lot of the attorneys. A few of the good ones are Colleen Consolo, Maribeth Blessing, Chris Badali, Bill Baldwin, Diane Zabowski, and Dan Sager. You can let them know that I recommended them to you if you want. They all have good reputations with the staff and Judges in family court and that means a lot!
