We love Carbona Stain Devils, oo! ! ! I'd try the formula for chewing gum. These little Devils are lined up on the shelf in my laundry room like little soldiers!
Hi Moms. I washed my daughter's yoga/sweat pants with a sticker on them (oops), and now the glue from the sticker is stuck on the pants! I've washed them twice, and tried stain remover. It's really noticeable and she needs to wear the pants for an upcoming picture. Any suggestions?

First did you try freezing it off?? Try soaking it is oxyclean. This product works so well.
Try Goo-Gone
It is made just for sticky things like that.
They have a bar laundry soap at Walmart-it is called Zote. I swear it works on anything, just wet the bar and rub gently on the fabric. It is in a pearly white wrapper.
There's a line of products at Meijer in their housewares section (not by the laundry detergents - by the mops, etc.) called Carbona Stain Devils. They have a product for just about everything - including adhesives (the gum & glue product). I had to find something when I dried a crayon along with my 3 year old's clothes!
I would take them to the cleaners and lets the pros take care of it! I'm bad with that stuff and I would end up fading them in the process!
I would try goo-gone...it seems to work on everything!
Try using Goo Gone. You can buy it at any Walgreens or Osco or most stores. It takes off the sticker goo. You cn also try vegetable oil.
Try Spray & Wash aerosol. Spray it on the residue, and the goo instantly balls up when you rub the fabric together. It is magical.
Try Windex before the stain remover. I know it works for greese stains so I don't see why it wouldn't work for stickers too. Good luck!
As long as it won't affect the color/material of the pants (test a small, unnoticable area first), try rubbing alcohol... it works great removing that "gummy glue" found on stickers and pricetags.
I agree with the goo-gone, but also prepare yourself to be reconciled to buy a new pair if it is that important.
We had the same thing happen with a great pair of fleece track pants. 3 kids later, the pants are still in great condition but the sticker residue remains. fir us we just live with it.
Not sure how successful this will be, especially if this has gone through the dryer. You can try rubbing alcohol on the pants if they are cotton. I use it to remove stickers from glass and such. It might work. My son did this and the shirt was a nylon material so it didn't work well.
3M has an awesome adhesive remover that works on anything and it won't hurt the color of the pants. I have used it on clothing, wood, plastic, and glass. It smells horrible but works like a charm. You can buy it at Menards or Home Depot. It is in a white metal can with red letters.
I have also used goo gone and it works 50% of the time.
Good Luck
Have you tried Goo Gone? I heard that it is pretty good stuff.
