Hi all! My question today is what do you use to line your kitchen cabinet shelves? I live in an apartment and do not like the idea of our dishes and cups being directly on the wood in the cabinets... I bought shelf liners but they do not stay down! I've even tried taping them but they still move when we take dishes out.
What works for you?!

I am currently using the spongy waffle looking liners but I did get them at the dollar store... Maybe I need to try a thicker kind?
I use contact paper but since it's an apartment you might want to buy what mama11 said, "those spongy, waffle looking liners." They cost a bit more the realy do work.

I use those spongy, waffle looking liners. They don't shift when I take stuff out of the cabinets.
Now I own my house, but in both of the homes I've lived in I purchased the vinyl (or laminate?) tiles that are self sticking at the dollar store and lined all my shelves and closets....wipes out easily & makes me feel like it's always clean.
We love the roll of liner material we got at ACE. It has ridges on it, and it lies flat... cut to the length you need!
Contact paper, self adhevisive, lots of patterns and colors, look at walmart or target. My mom uses wallpaper, she went to a supply warehouse and bought a couple of cheap, really ugly dated paper and lined everything!
