I have a Kirby Sentria. Does anyone know if you can use an over the counter brand of bag? I have NONE left (thought I had more in the pantry) and can not wait a week for them to arrive. Any insight on this would REALLY help. Thanks a bunch. :-)
Thanks guys. I emptied the one I have and will re-use it until the new ones come in. REALLY inconvenient, they should sell them in retail stores as well as the vacuum's themselves. On a side note, I LOVE my Kirby, best investment I ever made. I was buying a new vacuum at least once a year, and the reason? Loss of suction. I have had my Kirby for two years and it's amazing. A ton of money to buy, but...they last forever, and considering the prices of "regular" vacuums in the retail stores, I am saving money. I kind of liked the door to door sales pitch, very retro, made me feel like June Cleaver fro Leave it To Beaver. LOL LOL Thanks again for all your input. Happy Vacuuming! HA!
I'm not sure. Do you have a Marbecks in your area? They usually carry them.
Or even a vacuum repair store carries a variety of bags.
nope, only kirby....its so inconvenient isnt it!?! sometimes i dump mine into the flower bed(good for it) and reattach.

I have ordered them off Amazon. If you have an Amazon Prime membership you will get them in 2 days. Be careful what vendor you order from. The first time I ordered, the bags were generic and were supposed to fit a Sentria model but did not. Amazon refunded my money and I ordered from GoVaccum through Amazon, these are Kirby brand and were the correct ones. The package of 6 was only $18.00 which is a lot lower than buying them directly from Kirby. The link to the product I ordered id below:

We purchase ours from a local vacumm place if you have any around check you just never know they might carry them. I have never found any that work other then the Kirby brand.
