Don't really know anything about Kinsington, but I've had great experiences with Chesterbrook! Let me know if you have any questions specific to location, age groups, etc.

This is my third child at Chesterbrook. I go to the one in Wheaton by the Danada area. They are wonderful and the teachers are really great! They also have a really good curriculum for age appropriate levels. Good luck!

I only know of Chesterbrook and it is a good private school, but it is pricey. You will recieve the same quality care and love from KinderCare if that is a near by school. KinderCare is nations leader in the childcare feild and has never ending support. Try touring a facility and see how you like it. We are located in Carol Stream off of Army Trail road. If this one is not convient for you, there are many more in all areas. Check us out.

I have worked at both. The teachers get paid higher at Kensington, which, unfortunately, often means they work harder ;) It is regulated from the top. The director is told what to do from the owner of the company who is headquartered in Oak Brook - this can be bad or good depending on how you look at it. The owner is very concerned with the cleanliness of her schools, which is good.
I have worked at two Chesterbrooks - one which was great (great director) and the other was falling apart, literally. You really have to judge each Chesterbrook individually. In conclusion, you really need to go into the schools and visit. Take your child there and ask not just for a tour, but to spend some time in the classroom your child will be attending. Ask what the turn over rate is there - how long has the teacher your child will have been working there? Do they seem happy? stressed? Do the children look happy? Both organizations have the right idea, you just need to find which is right for you.
