I live in a townhome in Lake in the Hills - our association only allows 2 garage sales per year and they are pre-determined; as such hundreds of garage sales are going on in our area two weeks per year. The next one is the weekend of Sept. 9, 10,11.....I have baby gear I'm selling as well as boys clothes up to 4T and girls clothes up to 18 months - tons of it.

Saint Isidore school in Bloomingdale has one coming up on Sept 23 from 6:30-9 and Sept. 24 (I'm not sure what time it starts in the morning,8 or 9, but goes til noon). It is a great sale! Go on Friday for the best selection, but on Sat. a lot of stuff is half off. The school is on the corner of Army Trail Road and Gary Ave.

I see the Park Ridge sale is already in the mix. I used it a lot when my kids were little.

There is a great website that has kids clothes at great prices. They are brand name and brand new with tags. It's www.kskidsapparel.com

Two schools in Naperville have clothing sales. Highlands Elementary has newborn through 5 and Ellsworth Elementary has older kids. You can find a link to their homepages with more information through the school district website (www.naperville203.org).

The Mother's of Twins Club (Double Blessings) always has a fall sale in September at the Dupage County Fairgrounds. The sale is huge and has absolutely everything you could need and more. Do you have Snugglebugs in your area? There's a large sale here in Sept. for fall & winter apparel and baby gear. You can google it.

Epiphany Lutheran Church in Elmhurst holds a high-quality children's clothing and toy/equipment resale each fall and spring. The one at the DuPage County Fair Grounds usually has 3-5 different organizations selling quality stuff. I've been there several times. St. Pius in Lombard always does a pretty good one the beginning of Oct and again in March.
