I, like many other Mom's on this site get a kick out of reading posts for absolute silly questions....here is mine.....
If you were allowed to spend an hour at dinner conversing with a CELEBRITY, who would it be? It can ONLY be a celebrity...tryin' to keep it light and fun-hearted....
I want to go ahead and give MY pick before the topic slips off the radar...Mine would be Alec Baldwin...not JUST because he is as cute as the day is long, but because he is hilarious!!!!
I agree that Ellen would be fun. I also would not mind chatting with Matthew McCounehay (sp?) John Capurulo (also,sp?) would be side splitting also....these are great answers, BTW!!!!

Sam Elliott. I have no idea why he appeals to me or what I would ask. He's probably older than my folks but def. younger than my grandparents would be if they were alive. He just strikes me as such an interesting person. Wth a really sexy voice ;-)
If Sam's not available, I would take Christopher Walken. He's also interesting, bt not for the same reasons. Just seems like he would be entertaining.

I think i would have to say Oprah. She is such a strong, amazing woman. I could have a glass of wine and listen to her talk. Although, a glass of wine with Ellen Degeneres (sp?) would be fun too!!
My hubby says Russel Crowe. That is a good one! Take him to outback with a 20 oz beer, i bet you he is down to earth :)

I would talk with Joyce Myers or Maya Angeleu (sp?) I really admire both ladies and would have a facinating conversation with either one of them. Great question! If I had to pick a hollywood celebrity, it would have to be-Isla Fisher - great actress and seems like a really beautiful person.

Pink - I love her music and I think she would be a lot of fun. Maybe Jodie Piccoult, the author. I love her books.
But, I don't ever get dreamy about celebrities. I want someone who is fun, someone who can tell dirty jokes and just be a hoot. Hence, Pink.

I'd be afraid to go with Alec Baldwin, for fear he'd tip the table over if I said something he didn't like. He's too short tempered plus he's a bloated blob now. :-) Sorry...I know you like him, lol.
I'd have to pick Kevin Costner. Even in his older age, he's still a hottie! Plus I'd have to bring my hubby along and he likes him too (not for he same reason though, lol!!)

Bee's Mom,
I have hung out with Alec Baldwin. He used to go to this great Irish bar on W. 72nd St. in NYC.
My girlfriend used to love to play cribbage there and have some white wine. He thought we were funny.
He was a nice guy. Very manly. A guy's guy.
At the time he was a smoker. Don't know if he still is. He had such a big presence and was kind to everyone. He was pretty funny and really commanded attention.
We would see him and talk to him there at least once a week. He was quite adorable.

I would choose Bill Clinton. Not to ask him questions, but to thank him from the bottom of my heart for what he has done for the region I am from. I would tell him that words could never say thank you enough but I hope he knows he will always be remembered by millions of people as the leader who cared.

Charlie Sheen.....Wanna be winning!! JOKING!!!!!!! LOL!
Ellen Degeneres and Portia. LOVE them! I would also say Hillary Clinton (Bill can come, too :) AND, I would like to dine with Laura and George Bush! Now that would be an interesting dinner.
Jake Gyllenhall, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, Jen Aniston with Chelsea Handler - I would probably choke from laughing so much, and I would have to agree with the Pitts. I'm adding the entire cast of Gilmore Girls - Lauren, Alexis, Melissa, Scott.
Great question!! I'm sure I will think of another 20 throughout the day :)

Conan O'Brien. When I had my first baby, I remember staying up late with the baby and watching Late Night with Conan O'Brien. I stopped watching for a while, but now that he has his new show on TBS and they show full episodes online (because 11PM is past my bedtime :-) I've been watching his shows again. He cracks me up! Plus he seems so down to earth and funny, I think it would be an entertaining hour.
Great question! :-)

I would want to talk to Mila Kunis... I love her! Or Reese Witherspoon or Robert Downey Jr (he's so hot). This is hard lol... but if it had to be just one it would be Mila Kunis. She is my favorite celebrity.
mommyof2boys, the nannies do it lol. I read a lot about her family life lately (kept popping up on my homepage) and her home life is pretty bad.
OMG! If I could hang out with Matt Damon... he is so hot and seems very smart. And I'm single so he can take me out and fall in love with me lmao, I know it'll never happen but I can dream.

It is so hard to narrow it down to just 1 celebrity! I have two celebrity crushes (Jimmy Kimmel and Alec Baldwin), so that would be awesome to have a dinner date with them! Otherwise, Bill Maher and Joy Behar would make for excellent dinner conversation! I also LOVE Celine Dion, with whom I would be honored to spend a dinner. Also, Tony Shaloub and Ted Levine (from Monk my favorite T.V. show). Sorry, couldn't do just one.

Ok unless you're a WWE fan ( my 8 year old LOVES it and he's gotten ole' mom into it too ) you may not know who this is but TRIPLE H !!!
He's a huge huge man, dangerous looking ( I know just a role he plays ) but sighhhh, I could sit there and just feast my eyes on alllllll that. ;)
Of course I keep all this from my husband and son. If they only knew WHY I watch that stuff.

George Clooney. I got to work for him a couple weeks ago so I know he'd be a blast, and I'm dying to ask him about the satellite system he set up to spy on the Sudan because it's just mind boggling to me. And then, of course, for the eye candy.
