I just got laid off last week, and while I fully expected it; I'm now on the job hunt with great reservation. I can't afford to stay home, I can't afford part time and with this economy the way it is, I 'm seriously afraid I'm not going to find anything.
I am/was an executive assistant for a commercial construction company. If anyone knows of anyone hiring for this type of work (not necessarily in construction industry) please pass them onto me.
This is so frustrating and it looks like it's not going to get any better very soon.
