Since the weather is nice, I would like to begin jogging with my daughter. However, I don't know where to research good strollers. I basically need one that will support my 2 month old, be light weight, affordable (big thing) and the rest I don 't know what to look for. Anyone have any advice on this?
Finding a jogging stroller is not that easy, but with the many great responses I know what to look for. Right now I'm still investigating strollers by trial and error. I guess thats the best way possible.

J. - I know this may be late but if you have not found a stroller yet, I am selling one for $100. It is a Maclaren MAC3, like new. I bought it for $300 two years ago and didn't end up using it b/c I realized I didn't like jogging w/ something to hold on to. Only used a couple of times. Let me know if you are interested!
Hi J.... I used a Kool Stride and loved it. I put in one of those car seat pillows to support the neck when the boys were little and it was supportive, light and sturdy.
Hi, we got the Ironman baby jogger made by BOB (Baby on Board) and we love it... WITH the exception that the front wheel cannot go between locked and unlocked. I think BOB sells one that locks (for jogging) and the unlocks (swivels) so that you can manouver it easier for walking or the mall or whatever.... ANyway, we love it otherwise!! Just wish we would have gotten the one with the locking front wheel.. .makes all the difference! But, then we don't use an ordinary stroller (although we have one), this is what we use for everything. Hope this helps :-)
yeah online at target i believe they have peoples opinions on strollers. im in the same boat as u.. Im looking for a double stroller
J.,
Go to any baby store(babies r us had the most to try out when I was looking) and look on line at reviews of strollers. Make sure it will fit in your car and that it has a piveting front wheel. That was a mistake I made, with the wheel and it makes it difficult to get around. You can find them on e-bay to and I know there is a kids stuff indoor flea market up in Tannersville tommrow to. Good Luck

Bike stores are actually a very good place to look for a decent jogging stroller. One of the main things to consider is the type of wheel. You want one that actually has air in it like a regular tire and not hard/plastic. You also want bigger wheels because it allows you to push the stroller through uneven services easily. Most jogging strollers are quite expensive. Try to get a used one if you can from ebay or even from some parents groups. Good luck.
