A.C.
My 14 year old is hand sewing a Dr. Who character called a Weeping Angel for her best friend to give to her for her birthday this weekend.
I'm laughing, because my children (aged 12 and almost 9) are propelling themselves around the house on little scooter boards, to which they have attached their Bilibos with a string. I assume the Bilibos are for carting things they feel they need to take with them. I can only hear bits and pieces of what they are saying as they pass through the kitchen, so I'm not sure what game they are playing, but I think it has to do with police and orphans (playing orphans who have to make their way in the world alone is one of their favorite games!) and swamps and bad guys chasing them.
What is your little one doing right now?
LOL LOL
OMGosh! Some of you are cracking me up! Aren't children wonderful?
And some of you are getting a lucky break this morning, I see!
Thanks for sharing! It's always fun to peek into the family life of others in that moment. And so easy to see it all happening in my mind.
Have a great day, Mamas!

all three of them, 13 year old dd and twin 6 year old ds are playing Wii upstairs....a terrible terrible mother I am :-)
My two princesses are doing just that. They are playing princess dressup; which involves walking around the house in plastic play high heels. I'm jealous because they can walk in them better than I can my real shoes.
Ignoring me because I just asked them to clean up their stuff.
Good Morning!
My daughter (5) is "walking" the dog. (We are in the house)
Have a great day.
At the lake fishing with Daddy :)
Right now, chasing flys with a fly swatter. Earlier she was watching Beauty and the Beast while rocking on her pink rocking horse. Before that we had a plumber in fixing our sink, she ran in looked at him and promptly came out and told me, "Trying to fix it." Yes baby, he is trying to fix the sink.
My 18 year old daughter is sleeping and probably will be for hours (it's 8:15 here)!! She worked late last night then messed around on her iPad. She'll be surprised to see me since I am usually gone at the crack of darkness but I get to work from home today.
eating fruity pebbles with daddy
My 9 y/o is still eating breakfast (I am pretty sure he never stops ?!)
My 6 y/o is spinning around and around in a desk chair.
My 3 y/o is building blocks and wrecking them of course.
We actually just came in from watering the garden a little bit ago :)
hes eating a popsicle and watching sesame street.
Eating frozen waffles in front of the tv..... where they will spend their summer days@! good times
Mine are still asleep :-) Silence is golden!
I have two eating pancakes, one that is obsessing over the Smurf movie thst comes out Friday and planning our weekend around it and one at volleyball camp until noon. :)
7 year old- sitting on a dinosaur.
5 year old- straightening the pillows on the couch without being asked.
19 month old- taking each toy out of the bucket, one by one, and throwing them, yelling as he throws.
Lame ;)
I've got 4 still sleeping(late night playing Xbox for them, sorry, it's summer). 1 shooting matchbox cars down a ramp, 1 pushing eebee in a stroller. I'm watching sesame street, wait make that WordWorld.
The little one is having a snooze and the older one is pretending her toy bin is a recycling bin and her toys are bottles and cans. She is my little eco-warrior. She just said "mom, I am recycling everything...that will keep the world clean."
Lol, my son's playing with Buzz Lightyear, too! He's also playing with Jessie and since we don't have a Bullseye toy, he is pretending our dog is Bullseye. Sometimes you just have to improvise...
My 6 year old's at day camp, which I've been told is "the best camp ever," because her "bff" is there.
my son, who is almost 3, is in the living room playing with his Toy Story toys. All I can hear is "BUzz lightyear to the reshew" my daughter is standin up on my chair "talking" to me cause she wants some graham cracker :)
Driving me nuts! I love this boy to death but his terrible two's have come early and he is wilder than all get out! Tearing just about everything I JUST cleaned up apart LOL. Arent kids great?!
getting ready to go to preschool :)
My six year old is entertaining my 15 month old while I pack my lunch so we can go to the library, go shop, and hit free school lunch (I love free school lunch in the summer! Something our school district does for all kids 1-18). I can only assume (because I can hear, but not see them) that they are throwing plastic food and dishes onto the floor. :)
My 9 yr old and 5 yr old are at Nana's house. They slept there overnight :)
My 2 yr old is still in bed after being up half the night with a fever :(
Sleeping most likely. My older girls had to get up at 7 to take care of the puppy and then went right back to sleep--something I really wouldn't mind doing myself. My son is away at camp and is probably--hopefully--doing something totally fun right now. Or soon will be--we are Midwest so it is 9:45 am.
having a great time my son is at an overnight camp and my daughter is at a day camp.
My 15 yr old is part of the staff at our church's VBS - she's helping with the seventy (!) 4th graders, and my 12 yr old son is in his last year of VBS - he's doing something with the youth pastors - making a yourtube video or making tie-dye shirts or something... Blessing to know where they are and that they're doing something positive!
2 are playing Superhero's & 1 is still sleeping.
Mine are at Bible School with the Nanny. They were super excited to get out of the house.
1 is still down for his nap, and I haven't kicked the other 3 off the computer yet, they snuck on while I took my nap. Thank goodness for good kids and good internet blocking software.
