JFF: IS There a Word?

If someone is humble and full of grace, they are gracious...
If someone is evil, vile and full of malice, they are malicious...
Brave and full of courage, they are courageous...
Bold and shocking, they are outrageous...

So, is there a word that means one that is honorable and full of integrity...?

I often run into a need for this word, but for the life of me, I can't come up with the right one?

What can I do next?

when I think of honor and integrity? I think of a Marine. Semper Fi!

Then if they aren't a Marine? Ethical or Virtuous.
